a little book about welsh cooking came into book repair recently. even tho i'm Welsh, i will never eat this. it is a sight to behold.

Tying the bones on to the roast give it extra flavor during a slow roast, I recently learned that from Better Homes and Gardens, they did not, however, tell how decoratively you could arrange the bones! I think I will serve it to the missionaries that way on Tuesday.
